It does not matter what procedure you undergo, or which weight loss program you follow, EXERCISE should always be emphasized. There is not a magic procedure or weight loss program that renders your body exempt from the necessity of exercising. In order to maximize the benefits of anything you do to look and feel better, moving the body needs to be your primary concern. Exercise will enable you to keep the shape attained by liposculpting and ultimately improve that shape as you continue to burn more fat in those areas! Remember to drink at least 64 ounces of at rest water. This does not include water that is drank during exercise or water that is mixed into shakes. Water is the gasoline that drives fat burning! So click on the icon above labeled "Targeted Exercises" and start the exercises that correspond to the area of your body you need to work on. Or you can use all of the exercises on that page and split them up into diferent days for a full body workout.
